These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Charleston, South Carolina metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $23.69 million. Four of the homes are in Charleston and one is on Isle Of Palms, with two in Berkeley County and three in Charleston County.

The group ranges widely in age and form. Four are single-family homes and one is a condominium, and the oldest dates to 1903 while the newest was completed in 2022. Two of the sales came from Daniel Island, at either end of the list.

No. 1 — $5,265,000 · 485 Lesesne St, Charleston, South Carolina

Inside, the floors are wood, marble and carpet, and the ceilings are high, some of them vaulted.
