The sale ranked No. 1 in RealtyWire’s Charleston Metro Area Top 5 for the week ending September 27, 2026, a group of five closings that combined for $24.63 million.

The four sales behind it reached across the metro area β€” Riverland Terrace, oceanfront Folly Beach, Daniel Island Park and I’On in Mount Pleasant β€” in settings that include deepwater frontage on the Stono River, the Atlantic shoreline and a marsh edge. The Boulevard Company held the listings at No. 2 and No. 5, and Compass Carolinas, LLC held the listings at No. 3 and No. 4.
