No. 1 — $11,500,000 · 2406 Palm Blvd, Isle Of Palms, South Carolina

Top home sale No. 1 in the Charleston, South Carolina metro area β€” 2406 Palm Blvd, Isle Of Palms, South Carolina, week ending September 20, 2026

The house at 2406 Palm Blvd occupies a 1.35-acre oceanfront parcel on Isle of Palms and was completed in 2021. It holds four bedrooms and six baths across a reported 5,675 square feet, and the sale closed September 18, 2026 at $11.50 million. Listing materials identify Sabrina Vogel as the architect and George Gayle of Lowcountry Custom Home Builders as the builder, working with a steel-and-wood frame, a copper roof and Andersen impact-rated windows and doors.

Site-finished walnut floors, solid wood cabinetry and detailed moldings run through the main rooms, and a hand-painted mural marks the entry foyer. The open plan reaches a full-width rear porch, with large windows and glass doors framing ocean views from the living and dining rooms. Marble countertops, a Zellige tile backsplash and a brick accent wall set off a kitchen fitted with a paneled Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a Thermador dual-fuel range and Wolf double wall ovens, backed by a separate scullery, and the family room carries a coffered ceiling and a gas fireplace flanked by built-ins.

Two bedroom suites sit on the main level, among them a primary suite with ocean views and a bunk suite with its own den and bath, while two more primary suites upstairs have vaulted ceilings, heated bathroom floors and porch access, joined by a gym and flex room and an office finished in cypress. A screened porch anchored by a wood-burning fireplace extends the main floor toward the water, and the enclosed ground level pairs a three-car garage with a recreation room of golf lockers, arcade games and an L-shaped bar that opens through rolling doors to a heated saltwater pool, a pickleball court and a four-hole putting green. Beyond a gas firepit sits a three-hole island green with a sand trap, a scaled replica of the 17th at TPC Sawgrass, and an ipe boardwalk runs from the back fence past a gazebo down to the beach. The property previously changed hands for $1,600,000 in 2015, before the current residence was completed in 2021.
