These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Pensacola metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, and together they came to $6.288 million.
All five are single-family homes, split between Santa Rosa County and Escambia County: two in Gulf Breeze, two in Pensacola and one on Navarre Beach. They range in age from a home built in 1970 and remodeled from top to bottom to one finished in 2022, and their settings run from open pasture to a gated bayside enclave and a beachfront community on the sound.
No. 1 — $2,775,000 · 5144 Soundside Dr, Gulf Breeze, Florida
The week’s top sale also brought the most land of the five: 11.78 acres in the Nantahala neighborhood of Gulf Breeze. The home at 5144 Soundside Drive sold for $2,775,000.
The property reads more like a small farm than a suburban lot. The drive crosses a creek on a wooden bridge, and the acreage takes in stands of mature trees, open pasture, a pond and a fenced paddock suited to horses or goats. There are two barns, and one of them has an accessory unit that could serve as a guest apartment or a studio. Closer to the home is an in-ground lap pool and a patio.
Built in 1989 in a contemporary and traditional style, the two-story home has 3,728 square feet of living space, the most of any home in this week’s group, along with three bedrooms and three baths, two full and one half. A broad front porch leads into the foyer. The main floor has a formal dining room, a home office and a living room with a fireplace and dark hardwood floors. The kitchen has an island, a breakfast nook and plenty of wood cabinetry, with the laundry room and a side-entry two-car garage close by. The primary suite is upstairs and has its own fireplace, two closets and a bath with double vanities, a tiled walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Two other bedrooms share a full bath, and the listing also describes a separate guest suite with its own entrance and a mini kitchen.

No. 2 — $1,119,000 · 1468 Bermuda Dr, Navarre Beach, Florida
Caribbean Isles is a gated community on Navarre Beach with winding streets, underground utilities, a community pool and tennis courts. The home at 1468 Bermuda Drive, a two-story beach home finished in stucco and built in 2019, sold there for $1,119,000. The property last sold for $664,000 in 1997, before the current home was built.
The home has frontage on the sound and views of the Gulf, the sound and the Intracoastal Waterway. The living areas are built around the water, with large windows, vaulted and beamed ceilings and three porches, and the decks have cable railings that keep the views open. The kitchen has light blue cabinets that rise to the ceiling, sconce lighting, an island, a breakfast bar and a pantry, and the floors are luxury vinyl plank in a pale driftwood finish.
There are three bedrooms and three baths, two full and one half, in 1,902 square feet. A bunk room with built-in beds and storage gives the home extra room for guests, and the primary suite has a deep soaking tub and a tiled shower. Space has been set aside for an elevator to be added later.
At ground level, a flex room that could be a den or game room has a glass garage door that lets in daylight, and there is an outdoor shower just outside for rinsing off after the beach. The garage space down there covers more than 1,600 square feet, enough for cars, golf carts and boating gear.

The newest home in this week’s group is a Craftsman-style home built in 2022 in Huntington Creek in Pensacola. The home at 5840 Huntington Creek Boulevard sold for $865,000. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, more of each than any of the other four, in 3,608 square feet on two stories, on a 0.31-acre lot. The property last sold for $810,000 in 2024.
Much of the home’s appeal is outdoors, in a covered living area of nearly 700 square feet with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a spot for a television and an outdoor kitchen. It looks out on trees and green space, and no neighbors sit directly behind the backyard.
Inside, the living room has a coffered ceiling, a gas fireplace and a stone accent wall, and there is a formal dining room and a home office. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, a wall oven, a pantry, a breakfast nook and a large island with seating. The primary suite has two walk-in closets, double vanities, a soaking tub, a tiled walk-in shower and its own door to the laundry room. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, a guest bedroom downstairs has its own bath, and the bedroom upstairs also has a private bath. A circular driveway leads to a three-car garage.

No. 4 — $779,000 · 409 Andrew Jackson Trl, Gulf Breeze, Florida
Built in 1970, the home at 409 Andrew Jackson Trail in Bay Cliff Estates is the oldest in this week’s Top 5, and it was completely remodeled in 2020. The single-story brick and frame home sits among live oaks in Gulf Breeze and sold for $779,000.
The remodel went well beyond the surfaces. The home was rewired, given impact-rated windows and exterior doors and fitted with new plumbing fixtures, interior doors and lighting. Hardwood floors run through the rooms, the kitchen was rebuilt with new cabinets, appliances and granite counters, and both bathrooms were redone with quartz counters. A new rear porch with a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling looks over the backyard, which has new landscaping and an irrigation well, and a generator hookup was added for storm season.
The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,992 square feet on a 0.35-acre lot, with a two-car garage. Downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach are both minutes away.
The home went under contract three days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price of $779,000. Harbour Pointe in Pensacola is a gated enclave of 27 homes on a peninsula with views of Pensacola Bay, and its residents share a waterfront dock. The home at 510 Windrose Circle sold for $750,000. The property last sold for $710,000 in 2021.
The single-story traditional home was built in 1999 and has three bedrooms and three baths, two full and one half, in 3,359 square feet on just under half an acre. A circular drive and landscaping lead to a wide front porch. The foyer opens to a dining room with a statement chandelier and a formal sitting room lined with built-ins, and white marble floors, crown molding and high ceilings carry through the main rooms.
