York, Pennsylvania Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: $1.3 Million Spring Grove Farmhouse Leads a Week of Acreage

These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the York metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, and together the five came to $4.93 million. Two of the sales were in Spring Grove, with one each in Hanover, Glen Rock and Dillsburg, all of them in York County.

The group spans more than a century of building, from a farmhouse that dates to 1900 to a home completed in 2008, and it runs from a two-bedroom log home to a six-bedroom Colonial.

No. 1 — $1,349,900 · 2415 Clearview Ln, Spring Grove, Pennsylvania

Top home sale No. 1 in the York metro area β€” 2415 Clearview Ln, Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, week ending October 18, 2026

The week’s top sale is a restored stone farmhouse in North Codorus Township, set down its own private lane on 9.13 acres of rural land. From the property there are views over a pond and open pasture, and the pond is private, with room for an afternoon of fishing.

Built in 1900, it is the oldest home in this Top 5. The restoration kept the period character in its finishes while updating the rest. The property has four bedrooms, one of them on the main level, along with three full baths, two half baths and 2,361 square feet of living area over three stories and a full basement.

The farm buildings are much of the story. The main barn has its own full bath and its own heating and air conditioning, and below its main space are five stalls for horses, goats or cattle, an area that is heated as well. A workshop has a half bath and a 220-volt outlet. A detached two-car garage has an office area on its upper level with another half bath, and it is now used as a kennel and home office. The property last sold for $137,500 in 2002.

The home sold for $1,349,900, its full asking price. Dylan Madsen of Coldwell Banker Realty was the listing agent, and Rose Madar of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty represented the buyer.
