The week’s top sale was a brick Colonial on a cul-de-sac in Cortland, the only home on the list in Trumbull County. Built in 1999 on 0.52 acres, it has four bedrooms, four full and three half baths and 6,734 square feet of living space, the most of the five. The property last sold in 2015 for $385,000.

The home opens through an entrance foyer, and hardwood floors, high ceilings and crown molding run through the rooms. The great room has towering arched windows and an overlook from the second story, while the formal living and dining spaces are finished in detailed millwork. The kitchen was remodeled in 2024 and now has an oversized island in a contrasting finish, quartz counters, a professional-style range and hood, open shelving and plenty of cabinetry. The primary bath was redone in 2026 with a freestanding soaking tub, an oversized glass shower, two vanities and custom tile, and the primary bedroom has one of the home’s three fireplaces.

The backyard is built around an in-ground saltwater pool in fiberglass, with a slide and a diving board. An elevated brick patio adds room to entertain. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen and bar with a built-in grill, refrigeration, granite counters and mounted televisions, and a brick outdoor fireplace gives the grounds one more place to gather. Below the main floors is a finished basement with a walk-out, and the three-car garage is heated.

The home went under contract 26 days after it was listed, with Jill M Anderson of William Zamarelli, Inc. as the listing agent. Angelo Jones of Real of Ohio represented the buyer.
