The group mixes rural properties with land, barns and orchards and homes inside gated communities, and the homes were built between 2000 and 2026.
No. 1 — $1,949,000 · 12955-12967 N Garnero Rd, Lodi, California

The week’s highest-priced sale was a 4.68-acre property in Lodi, set in farm country, with a single-story home built in 2006 in a French and ranch style. The home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,930 square feet, the most living area of the five.
Ceilings rise to 10 feet, and crown molding finishes the rooms. The kitchen centers on a 13-foot island with seating. The living room and the family room each have a fireplace, and the floors include stone, marble and wood.
Apart from the main residence, a separate front home, renovated throughout, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and just under 2,000 square feet. The pasture is irrigated, and it could be put to use for livestock, an orchard or a vineyard. A large pole barn has space for feed and storage, and a shop of about 5,000 square feet has three large roll-up doors and a pickleball court. The grounds also include a dog run.

The trees, Nonpareil, Sonora and Carmel varieties, were planted in 2011. A gated driveway leads in to the home, which stands 275 feet back from the main road.
