Douglas fir beams, walls of glass and a wine cellar built for 1,200 bottles fill the 2009 house at 1850 W Twisted Vine Way in Acampo, which stands inside a gated community of roughly 870 acres. Its September 17 closing led five reported home sales across the Stockton, California metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026, a group that combined for $7.23 million.
Acreage runs through most of the week’s list. Two of the closings carried Acampo addresses, the lake estate and a 20-acre horse property on E Collier Rd, while a ranchette outside Manteca sat on just over an acre and a Stockton property with a detached second dwelling on roughly 0.9 acres. The exception was Lathrop, where a 2021 house on the water in the Reflections at River Islands community took the No. 2 position.
