These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Punta Gorda metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, and together they came to $4.25 million. Three of the five are in Punta Gorda, one is in Port Charlotte and one is in Englewood, all of them in Charlotte County.
The water runs through the whole list. Three of the homes sit on saltwater or brackish canals with seawalls and boat lifts, and the other two look out over a lake or pond in communities with clubhouses, trails and a golf course. In two of the five sales, the same agent was on both sides.
No. 1 — $1,042,500 · 15672 Lakeland Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida

The top sale of the week is a waterfront home in Port Charlotte that sold for $1,042,500. Built in 2022 on a DM Dean floor plan, it is a one-story stucco home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,117 square feet of living space on a 10,000-square-foot lot along a brackish canal.
Much of the appeal is outdoors. A heated saltwater pool, built for volleyball and finished in crushed-glass PebbleTec, has a sun shelf, bubblers and a built-in seat with a glass-tiled table, all under a screen enclosure. The screened lanai has a finished wood ceiling and a full outdoor kitchen with quartzite counters, a sink, a hood and refrigerator drawers. At the vinyl seawall, a Trex dock measuring 10 by 60 feet comes with power and water, a 16,000-pound lift and a large covered canopy for the boat.
Inside, the open plan runs over tile floors beneath high and tray ceilings, with crown molding, quartzite in the kitchen and a split bedroom layout. A Control4 system runs the smart-home features, including ceiling speakers indoors and out, security cameras and motorized blinds, and one guest room has a built-in Murphy bed and desk. The three-car garage has an epoxy floor and an EV charger. The property last sold for $200,000 in 2021, before the current home was built.
Vincent Muzychko of EXP REALTY LLC was the listing agent, and Amy Badiali of RE/MAX PALM REALTY represented the buyer in the week’s highest-priced sale.

No. 2 — $915,000 · 523 Saint Girons Court, Punta Gorda, Florida

In Burnt Store Isles, a deed-restricted golf and waterfront community in Punta Gorda, a custom-built canal home sold for $915,000. Its saltwater canal has no fixed bridges, so sailboats can reach Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf, and the back of the home takes in the southern sun. A 15-foot dock with water and electric hookups and a 10,000-pound lift sit along roughly 80 feet of seawall.
The home, built in 2000, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,235 square feet on one level, with a three-car garage on a 10,212-square-foot lot. A great room with a high ceiling opens through large sliders to a screened lanai with a heated pool and spa overlooking the water. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with shaker wood cabinets, stone counters, a counter-height breakfast bar, a built-in desk and a dinette whose aquarium windows face the pool. Both the primary suite, which has a jetted soaking tub and dual vanities, and the main guest room open directly to the pool.
The community is built around Twin Isles Country Club, where golf, tennis and social events are available through an optional membership, and the home is close to I-75, Fishermen’s Village and historic downtown Punta Gorda. The property last sold for $835,000 in 2022.
The home went under contract seven days after it was listed. Terry Morrison of RE/MAX HARBOR REALTY was the listing agent, and Adrienne Andreae of REAL BROKER, LLC represented the buyer.

No. 3 — $839,000 · 15572 Northridge Rd, Punta Gorda, Florida

The largest home in this week’s Top 5, and the one with the most bedrooms, is a two-story Pulte Homes Roseland model in the Northridge community of Punta Gorda that sold for $839,000, its full asking price. Built in 2023, it has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,299 square feet, and every bedroom has a full bath of its own. More than one bedroom is set up as a primary suite, and there is a bedroom on the main level.
A wood-slat accent wall rises two stories in the entry, and the same treatment appears again in the main living area under the tall ceilings. The kitchen centers on an oversized island and adds a coffee and wine bar and a walk-in pantry, opening to a gathering room and a cafe-style dining area. A flex room on the main floor can serve as an office or gym, and a formal dining area sits apart from the kitchen. Upstairs, the owner’s suite has a sitting area, a soaking tub, a separate shower and walk-in closets, and the laundry room is on the same level.
The quarter-acre lot faces west over a lake, and a pond is part of the lot. The covered lanai is screened, with room for a pool and space already prepared for an outdoor kitchen. Northridge residents share a clubhouse, community pool, fitness center, restaurant, pier, boat ramp, dog park and trails. The property last sold for $819,200 in 2023.
Danette Larson of Nicklaus Vance was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.

No. 4 — $775,000 · 1925 Oregon Trail, Englewood, Florida

The oldest home in the group, and the smallest, sold for $775,000 in Grove City Shores in Englewood. Built in 1977, the one-story block home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,880 square feet on a 10,350-square-foot lot, and it looks out over a saltwater canal toward the Intracoastal Waterway.
The interior has been updated well past its 1970s origins, with a split bedroom plan, an open layout and vaulted and tray ceilings over tile and laminate floors. For boaters, a covered 10,000-pound lift sits in a private basin with access to Lemon Bay, along a seawall finished with riprap. The dock has a fish-cleaning station with water and power, and a screened, covered lanai faces the water. Outside there is also an outdoor shower, a storage shed, a fenced area for pets and a spot beside the home for a boat trailer or extra parking.
The property last sold for $330,000 in 2013.
Judy Canero, LLC of MICHAEL SAUNDERS & COMPANY was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, putting the same agent on both sides of the sale.
