The Harbor West house at 14540 Gaspar Loop was built in 2021 and carries three bedrooms and three baths, and its $1,300,000 price led five reported sales that combined for $5.04 million in the Punta Gorda metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026.

The remaining sales reached Cape Haze in Placida along with Punta Gorda addresses in S Cleveland, off Monaco Drive and in the Webbs Reserve golf community. Waterfront figured in the transactions on Spyglass Alley, Misty Avenue and Monaco Drive, each of which sold with a private dock and a boat lift or new dock structure of its own.
