The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Pensacola, Florida metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, came to a combined $13.329 million. Two of the homes are in Perdido Key, and the others are in Pensacola, Gulf Breeze and Navarre.
The prices ran from $1,925,000 to $4,650,000, and the homes were built between 1994 and 2023. Among them are a contemporary home on the Gulf, an architect-designed home on Bayou Texar, and properties with private docks, boat lifts and a saltwater pool.
No. 1 — $4,650,000 · 14615 Perdido Key Dr, Perdido Key, Florida

The week’s top sale was Eleanor Beach, a Gulf-front home in the Gulf Beach area of Perdido Key that sold for $4,650,000. Built in 2023, it is the newest of the five homes, and with 5,046 square feet it is also the largest.
The contemporary home has a Dutch West Indies-style parapet roof, and its construction was planned around hurricanes. The main living level and the pool deck sit up on precast concrete pilings, and the north wall is made of insulated concrete forms, which add strength, save energy and quiet the rooms behind it.
Ceilings on the main floor rise to 12 feet. Tall sliding glass doors, running from floor to ceiling, lead out to the pool deck and its gunite pool. In the kitchen, a Wolf six-burner gas range has a pot filler beside it, and there are two dishwashers, a full-size freezer as well as a full-size refrigerator, a wet bar with a wine cooler and a large walk-in butler’s pantry.
The home has five bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, as well as a bunk room, and six bathrooms in total, five full and one half. Two of the bedrooms are primary suites. The one facing the Gulf has a private balcony and its own wet bar, and the one on the main floor has 9-foot windows. An elevator runs between the levels, and on the ground level a heated and cooled bonus area could become a game room or a media room. Bedroom ceilings are papered, and Lutron smart blinds are installed throughout. The 0.43-acre property has beach access.

No. 2 — $2,400,000 · 2912 Blackshear Ave, Pensacola, Florida

A local architect designed this home in Pensacola’s Lakeview neighborhood, overlooking Bayou Texar, and it has had one owner since it was built in 1994. That makes it the oldest of the five homes. The home has 4,044 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Inside, the detailing is traditional: 11-inch crown molding, chair rail, a cathedral ceiling and bookcases. The primary suite also has views of the bayou. Downstairs are a playroom, two more bedrooms and a bath, along with a heated and cooled storage room that could serve as an office or a gym.
