A Gulf-front condominium on Navarre Beach sold for $1 million, the highest reported price among Pensacola-area home sales for the week. Unit 601 at 8477 Gulf Blvd holds a reported 1,824 square feet with three ensuite bedrooms and three baths, one arranged as a possible lock-out unit, and the transaction was completed September 21, 2026.
The condominium was taken through a full renovation and sold furnished. Vinyl plank flooring runs throughout, automatic shades cover the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the updated kitchen has a breakfast bar, a pantry, stainless steel appliances and a tiled backsplash.
