No. 1 — $1,350,000 · 4200 SW 7th Ave Road, Ocala, Florida

Behind a gated entry a few minutes from downtown Ocala, a circular drive and a brick walkway lead to double front doors of solid mahogany. The 5.43-acre estate brought the highest price of the week. Its two-story home, built in 1998, has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,390 square feet, the largest living area among the five, along with a three-car garage. The property last sold for $675,000 in 2020.
The foyer rises two stories under an antique Russian crystal chandelier, which the listing dates to between 1850 and 1890, and stained glass windows, 13 of them, are set throughout the home. Fireplaces warm the parlor, the living room, the breakfast nook and the primary suite. A grand staircase climbs to the primary suite, which has a covered private balcony, a large bath and a dressing room. A second upstairs bedroom has solid teak floors, its own bath and another covered balcony.
A breezeway connects the home to its garage. Across the motor court are a second garage and a climate-controlled room that could serve as a studio, gym or office. The grounds are planted with mature hardwoods, shrubs and azaleas, with paver and brick walkways and water fountains, and a wooded portion of the land has private walking trails. The property also includes pasture, is zoned for horses and has a workshop.
