The 1996 house and its 24-plus acres at 6520 W Highway 326 in Ocala went under contract one day after the current listing date. Five reported home sales across the Ocala, Florida metro area for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026 accounted for $8.99 million, led by that $3.65 million transaction.
