It closed on August 31, 2026 as the leading transaction among five reported home sales across the Ocala, Florida metro area that together totaled $7.26 million.

The week’s closings span Greenway Crossings, South Point, Ocala, Oakleigh Park and Umatilla. The houses behind them were built between 1960 and 2026, running from a renovated residence in the Woodfields Historic District to a home completed this year.
