The group spans more than a century of building, from a home built in the first decade of the 1900s to one finished this year, and it ranges from a remodeled home on a corner lot to a working equestrian property in McClain County.
No. 1 — $1,370,000 · 433 NW 14th St, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The week’s top sale came from the Heritage Hills neighborhood of Oklahoma City, where a brick and frame home built in 1905 sold for $1,370,000. It is the oldest home in this Top 5.
The traditional home has four bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath in 4,451 square feet, along with two decorative fireplaces. It sits on a 0.39-acre interior lot and has a three-car garage. The property last sold for $745,000 in 2012.
