Within walking distance of downtown Greenville, Cleveland Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail, the new house on Newman Street headed five Greenville metro area home sales that combined for $9.53 million between September 7 and September 13, 2026.

The five sales span McDaniel Heights, Cliffs At Keowee, River Point, Fountain Inn and The Cliffs at Glassy. They range from a Lake Keowee home with its own dock to a Fountain Inn house on more than 9 acres, and the list includes new construction both in Greenville and at The Cliffs at Glassy in Landrum.
