The 2020-built house at 508 Autumnwood Trail in Six Mile sits along the Lake Keowee shoreline with a level, walk-out path to its own covered dock, and it changed hands fully furnished β€” interior and exterior furnishings, electronics and window treatments included. The September 2 closing came in at $5.30 million.

It led a five-sale week that totaled $15.83 million across the Greenville metro area. The closings span the Cliffs at Keowee Springs, Greenville, The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Easley and Montebello: two of them front Lake Keowee, and two others are named farms β€” The Highground Farm on nearly 27 acres and Hickory Hollow Farm on 39.29 acres.

No. 1 — $5,300,000 · 508 Autumnwood Trl, Six Mile, South Carolina

Top home sale No. 1 in the Greenville, South Carolina metro area β€” 508 Autumnwood Trl, Six Mile, South Carolina, week ending September 6, 2026

Built in 2020 with a reported 5,698 square feet, the five-bedroom house closed on September 2, 2026, for $5,300,000. The property previously changed hands for $4,700,000 in 2023, and this sale conveyed it turnkey, ready for immediate occupancy inside the gated golf community of the Cliffs at Keowee Springs.

Nearly every room is oriented toward the water. The open-concept main level centers on a chef’s kitchen with an oversized island and walk-in pantry, and the great room pairs a stone fireplace with expansive folding glass doors that open onto a covered porch with retractable screens and long-range lake views. The main-level primary suite carries panoramic water views, a dedicated dressing area and a custom walk-in closet; an elevator reaches all levels. The terrace level holds three ensuite bedrooms, a family room with its own stone fireplace and a large wine room, while a private upstairs guest suite adds a sitting area, kitchenette and full bath.

Outside, an infinity-edge pool and spa with a cascading waterfall sits against the lake backdrop, joined by a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and stone fireplace. A flagstone patio leads to the covered dock with a boat lift and two jet-ski docks, plus a lakeside fire pit with built-in seating. A Savant home-automation system, whole-home audio, a natural-gas whole-house generator and a separate garage for lake equipment complete the setup, and a Cliffs Club membership is available for purchase with the property.

Marketed as The Highground Farm, the gated property at 224 Hillside Church Road in Greenville spans nearly 27 acres with a main house, a guest house and a separate field house. The September 1 sale closed at its full asking price, at $3,200,000; the property previously changed hands for $980,000 in 2018.

A winding drive past gas lanterns leads to the 2015-built main house, set at the property’s highest point, where cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, shiplap accents and a brick fireplace shape the interior. The kitchen combines quartz countertops, a large island, a gas cooktop and dual pot fillers, with white oak hardwood flooring through most of the home. A vaulted screened porch with fireplace and built-in grill opens to a saltwater pool with fountain features and a diving rock, and the guest house carries a full kitchen, a private bedroom suite, a glass garage door and an outdoor shower.

The field house is the property’s defining structure: a climate-controlled, 100-by-55-foot building with four oversized glass garage doors for drive-through vehicle, boat or RV storage, currently configured for basketball and pickleball with areas for fitness and golf simulation, plus a kitchenette and app-controlled lighting, sound and projection. The acreage includes open pasture, a spring-fed creek crossed by a substantial new bridge, a fenced garden with raised beds, a chicken coop and established hunting areas β€” about 10 minutes from Main Street Fountain Inn and roughly 25 minutes from downtown Greenville.
