The sales were recorded in Simpsonville, Greer, Landrum, Six Mile and the city of Greenville, in the Kingsbridge, Le Jardin, The Cliffs at Glassy, Cliffs At Keowee Springs and North Main communities. Cliffs communities appear twice on the list, and new construction completed in 2026 accounts for the No. 2 and No. 5 closings. Blackstream International RE was the listing brokerage on both the top-ranked sale and the No. 3 sale.
