Top home sale No. 1 in the Cape Coral, Florida metro area β€” 23771 Tuscany Way, Estero, Florida, week ending September 27, 2026

A custom Imperial Homes residence in Tuscany Isle, inside the gated Colony Golf & Bay Club community, changed hands for $2,750,000 to lead the metro’s reported sales. The September 21, 2026 closing covered a four-bedroom house built in 2002 at 23771 Tuscany Way in Estero, carrying a reported 5,647 square feet and a flat tile roof installed new in May 2026. Handcrafted double doors open to soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and barrel-vaulted ceilings with accent lighting, and marble flooring and a gas fireplace run through the main level. The kitchen is fitted with a Dacor gas range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a center island and a walk-in pantry, and the entertaining rooms include a butler’s pantry and a wet bar with custom cabinetry, wine storage and a beverage refrigerator. A private elevator reaches a second level holding additional en-suite bedrooms, a family room loft with its own wet bar, and private balconies. The primary suite has a sitting area with direct access to the pool and spa, dual custom walk-in closets and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

Outdoors, a gas-heated pool and spa face the lake, a Florida room with a Blackstone grill extends the house year-round, and a private cabana adds its own living room and coffee bar. A split-bedroom floor plan uses pocket doors to separate the sleeping quarters, and the main level adds an office and a screened lanai overlooking the canal. No neighbors sit across the street, and lush landscaping screens the lot. Harbour Cottages residents share tennis and pickleball courts, an outdoor grill and a heated pool, while the causeway, beaches on both sides of the island and Sanibel’s bike and walking paths are close at hand.
