These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Vero Beach-Sebastian / Indian River County, Florida for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $11.33 million. All five are in Vero Beach. Four are single-family homes and one is a condominium, and their construction dates run from 1971 to 2026, so the list mixes homes just finished with homes that have stood for half a century. Two of the five sales had the same agent on both sides.
No. 1 — $3,200,000 · 765 Azalea Ln, Vero Beach, Florida

The top sale of the week was a home built in 2024 at 765 Azalea Lane in Vero Beach Estates, which sold for $3,200,000, its full asking price. The two-story home sits east of A1A in Vero Beach’s central beach area, a short distance from beach access and from the shops and restaurants on the beach side. Palm Coast Development designed and built it.
At 3,308 square feet, it is the largest home in this week’s group. It has three bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath. The primary suite and a den are on the main level, and the other two bedrooms are upstairs, along with a family room that has a wet bar and can work as a media room, a gym or space for guests. Floors are marble, tile and wood, and the rooms have crown molding, high and vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and a kitchen with an island and a pantry. Outside, a covered lanai looks over a heated pool and a hot tub in a fenced backyard on a lot of 10,010 square feet.
The property last sold for $1.9 million in 2021, before the current home was built.
