These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in West Denver Metro Area, Colorado for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $12.12 million. All five are in Jefferson County, and the list runs from a 1955 home in the lake community of Bow Mar to Mountain Contemporary and Mid-Century Modern homes set on acreage in the hills around Golden.
No. 1 — $3,750,000 · 5500 Ridge Trail, Bow Mar, Colorado

The oldest home among the five sales is also the one that sold for the most. The Mid-Century Modern home at 5500 Ridge Trail in Bow Mar was built in 1955 and has stayed in the same family ever since, and the listing says it was the third home ever built in Bow Mar. It sold for $3,750,000.
The 1.43-acre corner lot slopes and sits at one of the highest points in the neighborhood, with views of Marston Reservoir, Red Rocks and the mountains. The brick home has one story, three bedrooms on the main level, five bathrooms and 3,615 square feet of living space. It has vaulted ceilings, wood floors and two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the kitchen, along with a full finished basement and an attached two-car garage.

Bow Mar is a private community organized around a lake, with large lots and mature trees. Residents have a private lake and beach for swimming and sailing, and tennis as well.
The home went under contract five days after it was listed and sold $750,000 above its $3 million asking price. Alexandra Band of Compass – Denver was the listing agent.
