Five single-family homes make up this week’s ranking in Martin County, Florida, the highest-priced home sales reported for the week ending October 25, 2026. Together they sold for $9.4 million.
Two of the five are in Stuart, and the rest are in Sewalls Point and Palm City. The group runs from a 1970s ranch to a home finished in 2021, and in two of the sales the same agent was on both sides.
No. 1 — $3,500,000 · 23 NE Macarthur Boulevard, Stuart, Florida

The top sale of the week is a waterfront property with more than 100 feet on the ocean and the river. The home at 23 NE Macarthur Boulevard in Stuart sold for $3,500,000, and it has ocean front, access to the Intracoastal and views of both the ocean and the river.
Built in 1982 of concrete block, the two-story home has eight bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,320 square feet of living space on 1.13 acres, the most bedrooms and the largest lot among this week’s five sales. The eighth bedroom is a recent addition, and three of the bedrooms are on the main level. The home has an elevator, vaulted and cathedral ceilings, and a primary bedroom on the upper level with views of the ocean and a sitting area. In the kitchen there are double ovens and generous counters and cabinets, and the dining area looks out to the Atlantic.
Outside are a heated pool, a rooftop sundeck and an oceanfront deck. A deep-water dock has two lifts and a floating platform, along with a spot to launch kayaks and paddleboards. Owners may also join an optional Ocean Club at the Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort, which has an 18-hole golf course, 13 tennis and pickleball courts, two fitness centers and three heated pools. Witham Field, a public airport used by private jets, is about a 15-minute drive. The property last sold in 2016 for $1.927 million.

No. 2 — $2,050,000 · 37 E High Point Road, Sewalls Point, Florida

Very little inside the home at 37 E High Point Road was left as it was. The two-story Mediterranean home, built in 1978 of concrete block in a Mizner-inspired style, was taken down to the studs and redone from top to bottom before it sold for $2,050,000. It stands in High Point, at the southern tip of Sewalls Point, which lies between the St. Lucie River and the Indian River Lagoon.
The home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 3,500 square feet on 0.54 acres, and its plan allows for a primary suite on either the first or the second floor. Upstairs was reconfigured around a primary suite that opens to a large private patio. Also on the second floor, a flex room between two bedrooms can serve as a gym, a playroom or an office. Each of the three other bedrooms has its own bath finished in marble.
The new kitchen has white cabinets, quartzite counters, a marble backsplash, Café appliances and a large island with a waterfall edge, and a separate bar works for entertaining indoors and out. Oversized porcelain tile with a wood look runs through the living area, and the laundry room is new. Outside, the landscaping and lighting are new, the pool was resurfaced and has a new deck, and a new tiki hut was added. There are also a large covered porch and a screened patio. The property last sold in 2024 for $1.1 million.
Kimberly J Spears of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer and was also one of the listing agents, alongside Elizabeth Spears, also of Douglas Elliman, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.
