The top sale of the week was a contemporary home in The Woods at Watch Hill in Verona, which sold for $2,030,000. Built in 2019 by RT Thomas, it sits on a cul-de-sac on 2.03 wooded acres, and its design sets broad expanses of glass against reclaimed timber and natural stone. Inside, an open staircase of steel and glass is the centerpiece. The property last sold for $1.9 million in 2022.

With 5,245 square feet, it is the largest of the five homes. It has four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath, along with a great room, vaulted and beamed ceilings, and two gas fireplaces. The kitchen is fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and has two islands that together seat as many as 10, plus a large walk-in pantry with its own cabinets and counter space. No. 3 — $880,000 · 1828 Lake View Ter, Stoughton, Wisconsin

Top home sale No. 3 in the Madison metro area β€” 1828 Lake View Ter, Stoughton, Wisconsin, week ending October 18, 2026

A ranch home in Kegonsa Manor in Stoughton sold for $880,000. Built in 2001 on a cul-de-sac, it sits on 0.80 acres with partial views of the lake. The property last sold for $426,500 in 2019, and a remodel of the entire home followed in 2019 and 2020.
