Four of the homes are in Tulsa and one is in Bixby. All five are single-family homes, and they span more than six decades of building, from a home built in 1950 to one built in 2014.
Prices ran from $1.15 million to $1.77 million. In three of the five sales, the same agent was on both sides of the sale.
No. 1 — $1,771,087 · 6133 E 138th St S, Bixby, Oklahoma

The week’s top sale came from Eagle Rock, a gated community in Bixby, where a contemporary brick home on 3.30 acres sold for $1.77 million. The home is on a cul-de-sac, and its land is wooded, with mature trees and a greenbelt. A wrought-iron fence runs around the property.
Built in 2014, the home has six bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and 6,350 square feet. A 2023 renovation brought a second primary suite, with his-and-hers closets, a walk-in shower, a soaker tub and a fireplace in the bedroom. Both primary suites are on the main floor, with a guest bedroom and two home offices, in an open plan suited to entertaining. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two full baths and a game and media room.
Outside, the pool has a water feature and a slide, and there is an outdoor kitchen. The garage has room for five cars, including a two-car addition with epoxy floors. The property last sold for $985,000 in 2022.

The property is a wooded corner lot of 1.21 acres, and together the homes have six bedrooms, seven full and one half baths, and 6,115 square feet.
