The four-bedroom house at 6619 E 109th St S, built in 2003 on approximately .72 acre, carries a reported 7,320 square feet and closed September 22, 2026 at the head of a week in which five reported home sales across the Tulsa metro area totaled $6.37 million.

Those five closings reach past the city of Tulsa to Owasso and Jenks, and the communities on the list are Wenmoor, Sunset Park, Terwilleger Heights, Highland Pointe At Stone Canyon and The Reserve At Southern Woods. The oldest house on it is a Colonial Revival built in 1922 in the Maple Ridge Historic District, and the newest was finished in Jenks this year.
