The five leading sales RealtyWire tracked across the metro area that week combined for $3.18 million.
The closings were recorded in Baldwinsville, Cazenovia, Syracuse and Jamesville, and Baldwinsville holds both the leading sale and the fifth, the latter in the Radisson community. Build years run from 1989 to 2025, and the list takes in a five-acre property at the end of a Cazenovia cul-de-sac, a new-construction townhome in the Woodridge Heights subdivision on Onondaga Hill and a colonial in Jamesville’s Crown Point neighborhood. All five sales were recorded between August 11 and August 13, 2026.
No. 1 — $750,000 · 3036 Chillingham Way, Baldwinsville, New York

A ranch built four years ago on Chillingham Way took the highest reported price in the Syracuse metro area for the week. The house at 3036 Chillingham Way sold for $750,000, and the sale closed on August 12, 2026.
