Stockton, California Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Lodi Vineyard Estate Leads and Tracy Takes Three

A gated estate in Lodi Wine Country, set on 6.29 acres with a Zinfandel vineyard of its own, sold for $1.27 million β€” the highest-priced home sale reported in the Stockton, California metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026.

The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $5.55 million, and they landed in just two municipalities: three closings in Tracy and two in Lodi.

Build years run from 1976 to 2026: a renovated house in Tracy’s Old Fair Oaks neighborhood, a 2003 home in Elissagaray Ranch, a single-level Lodi property on close to 10 acres, and a new Toll Brothers house in Regency, a gated 55-plus community built around three lakes in Tracy.
