The top sale of the week is a stucco home in Chatham Crescent, built in 1925 in the Mediterranean Revival style. It is in Ardsley Park–Chatham Crescent, a National Register district since 1985, and it keeps its original oak floors along with cast-iron balconies and five masonry fireplaces.
