The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Rochester, New York metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, came to a combined $4.982 million. The sales were in Pittsford, Victor, Webster and Conesus, with two of the five in Victor and three in Ontario County.
It was a week of quick decisions. Four of the homes sold above their asking prices and the fifth sold at its full asking price, and none took longer than 12 days to go under contract. The group runs from a 1987 contemporary on an acre in Pittsford to a colonial finished in 2021, and two of the homes are on the water, one on Lake Ontario in Webster and one on Conesus Lake.
No. 1 — $1,250,000 · 7951 Oak Brook Cir, Pittsford, New York

The week’s top sale was a brick contemporary on a cul-de-sac in Pittsford, which sold for $1,250,000. Built in 1987 on an acre of irregular, private ground, it is the oldest home in this Top 5 and also the largest, with 6,842 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and six bathrooms, four of them full and two half baths.
The entry is a two-story foyer, and the main rooms open from there: a formal dining room, a sunken living room with its own wet bar, a second living room and an eight-sided sunroom. The kitchen is an eat-in kitchen with an island. A home office on the first floor has a full bath attached, so it can serve as another primary suite. The primary suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in shower. There are two fireplaces, cathedral ceilings and skylights, and a cedar closet among the storage. The finished lower level, which has walk-up access to the outside, adds a recreation room and a home gym.
Much of the appeal is outdoors. The in-ground pool is heated and saltwater, with a waterfall, a sun shelf and underwater lighting, and a spa is set into the ground as well. The patios include an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace, and the garage has room for four and a half cars. The property last sold for $500,000 in 2019.
Sunshine Sara Equinozzi of Howard Hanna Real Estate was the listing agent, and Andrew J. Hopfinger of Red Barn Properties represented the buyer. The home went under contract nine days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price of $1.25 million.
