A seven-bedroom residence completed in 2025 on the fourth hole of The Madison Club’s Tom Fazio-designed golf course led the week in the Riverside, California metro area, closing at $16.25 million on September 4. The five highest-priced reported home sales across the metro for the week ending September 6, 2026, combined for $28.615 million.

The list spreads widely across the region: a gated equestrian estate in Murrieta, a newly completed custom home in Rancho Cucamonga’s Deer Creek area, an architect-designed desert home in the Mirada Estates community of Rancho Mirage, and a lakefront house with an enclosed boathouse in Canyon Lake. No two of the week’s five sales share a municipality.
