The week’s five reported sales combined for $17.93 million, and the ranking splits between two communities: the leading transaction in Reno, and the Nos. 2 through 5 closings in Incline Village.
The houses were built in 1969, 1977, 1978, 2024 and 2025, pairing recently completed construction at both ends of the metro area with older Incline Village homes that have since been remodeled or enlarged. Lake Tahoe views run through the Incline Village group; the Reno leader is oriented toward the city and the mountains.
No. 1 — $5,200,000 · 6832 Rabbit Brush Ct, Reno, Nevada

A custom house at 6832 Rabbit Brush Ct in Reno’s gated ArrowCreek community sold for $5,200,000 on August 11, 2026, the highest reported home sale price in the Reno metro area that week. Completed in 2025, the residence is recorded at five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a reported 5,890 square feet.
