The home was built in 2003 and is the largest of the five, with 14,438 square feet over three stories, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, seven full and two half. Visitors enter a grand foyer with twin cascading staircases, travertine floors and Murano glass chandeliers. The kitchen has Thermador appliances, a breakfast bar and an island with a prep sink, plus a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry, and it opens to a keeping room where floor-to-ceiling windows frame a gas fireplace. There are six fireplaces in all. The owner’s wing includes a den with a two-sided gas fireplace, a dressing room and a primary bath with heated marble floors, a steam shower and a soaking tub.

The finished daylight basement is a home of its own, with an in-law suite that has a full kitchen and family room, along with a game room, a theater and a wine cellar built for 750 bottles. Up on the third floor, a bright flex room looks down over the backyard. That yard has a zero-entry saltwater pool with a rock waterslide and a grotto spa, a stone patio, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with a Lynx gas grill and a 1,056-square-foot elevated terrace.
