The week's top sales spanned nearly half a century of building, from a ranch built in 1976 to a home completed in 2022.

Treasure Coast, Florida Top 5 Home Sales: Sailfish Point Home Leads at $7.5 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Treasure Coast for the week ending October 4, 2026, came to a combined $16.4 million. All five were in Martin County, two in Stuart, two in Palm City and one in Jensen Beach.

Four of the sales were single-family homes and one was a condominium. Prices ran from $7,500,000 at the top of the list to $1,350,000 at the fifth spot.

No. 1 — $7,500,000 · 7034 SE Harbor Circle, Stuart, Florida

The week’s highest-priced sale was a contemporary home in Sailfish Point, in Stuart, which sold for $7,500,000. The home sits on the St. Lucie Inlet, and its views reach out to the Atlantic Ocean. The property fronts the river and has access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean with no fixed bridges.

Built in 1995, the two-story home has 7,205 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, five full and two half. No other home in this Top 5 has as many bathrooms. Ceilings are high, walls of glass open the rooms to the outdoors, and the floors are marble and carpet. Besides the bedrooms there is a den and a separate office, and the home has an elevator, a wet bar and a kitchen island.

Outside, a heated saltwater pool and a spa are set into the grounds, and there are several terraces, a covered patio and a built-in barbecue. A private day dock gives the owners a place to tie up a boat and watch the sunset. The home also has a 60-kilowatt generator, armor screens, a garage for three cars, a circular driveway and an electric vehicle charging station. The listing says the home was once the setting for a grand community ball.

Sailfish Point has a full-service marina and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, where membership is optional. Residents also have an oceanfront clubhouse, five places to dine, a spa and a fitness and aquatics complex. The community has private security, beach access, tennis and pickleball courts and a bocce court.

The home at the No. 2 spot was built for boating. It has more than 122 feet of protected deep-water dockage and a lift rated for 24,000 pounds, and its basin and canal give it access to the ocean. The home, in North River Shores in Stuart, sold for $4,516,500.

Built in 2022, it is the newest home in this Top 5 and also the largest, with 7,661 square feet of living space on a 0.70-acre lot. The two-story home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, four full and one half, and the plan includes two primary suites. There is a movie theater, a gourmet kitchen and a private dining room, along with a gas fireplace and an elevator.

Outdoor living centers on a lanai with a summer kitchen, an infinity pool and a spa. A widow’s walk on the roof looks out over the water. The property has no homeowners association.

The property last sold in 2019 for $722,500, before the current home was built.

The open plan has an updated kitchen and a custom bar, and marble floors run through the home. Plantation shutters cover every window. There is also a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, and the primary suite is on the main level. A three-car garage is joined by a separate garage for a golf cart.

The pool area has been updated as well. Marble pavers surround a heated pool and spa under a screen enclosure, and the outdoor kitchen has a Coyote pellet smoker and grill and a hibachi.

Palm Cove residents have tennis courts, golf, a fitness center and a clubhouse with its own pool, plus a playground, meeting rooms and a calendar of clubs and social events. Historic Downtown Stuart is minutes away. The property last sold in 2024 for $1.545 million.

It looks out on a canal and has access to the ocean, with no fixed bridges. The home sold for $1,385,000.

Built in 1976, the single-story ranch home is the oldest in this Top 5, and at 2,019 square feet it is also the smallest. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms on a 0.41-acre lot. The home has gone through an extensive renovation. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms were updated and the flooring is new. Impact glass is used throughout the home, which also has plantation shutters.

A heated saltwater pool sits under a screen enclosure, and outside there are a patio, a deck and an outdoor grill. An oversized garage and an extra-wide driveway leave space for an RV or a trailer. There is no homeowners association, and the St. Lucie Inlet and Downtown Stuart are minutes away. The property last sold in 2022 for $1.284 million.

The week’s fifth-highest sale was a condominium in Outrigger Harbour, a waterfront community in Jensen Beach on the wide waters of the Intracoastal Waterway. The unit sold for $1,350,000. The community has a private marina with slips for boats up to 60 feet, subject to availability, along with a resort-style pool and a park.

Built in 2008, the single-level condominium has 3,344 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and four bathrooms, three full and one half. The open floor plan is light and bright, with crown moldings, tile floors and plantation shutters. The kitchen has new granite countertops, stainless appliances, a new Sub-Zero refrigerator and an island. Covered balconies open off the living room and the formal dining room.

Impact windows and sliders run through the unit, and an automatic generator serves the building and each condominium. Parking is in a garage under the building. The property last sold in 2024 for $1.25 million.
