Top home sale No. 1 in the Oklahoma City metro area β€” 9800 NE 146th St, Jones, Oklahoma, week ending October 18, 2026

The top sale of the week was a Traditional home in East Lake, a gated development in Jones that falls within the Edmond school district. Built in 2026 on 1.95 wooded acres, it sold for $2,450,000. The exterior combines stone, stucco and frame, and the home has 5,680 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms (four full and one half) and a four-car garage.

A custom iron pivot door opens to an entry built around a free-floating curved staircase, with wood floors underfoot and arched openings looking out to the grounds. A plaster fireplace anchors the great room, which flows into a kitchen with stained cabinetry, stone surfaces and an oversized island. The kitchen opens to a dining room with a barrel ceiling, and a separate scullery has its own dishwasher and a two-way swinging door. There is also a den with a built-in bar that opens to the backyard, and a study finished with wood-stained built-ins and glass doors.

Outside, a heated saltwater pool is set to take in the surrounding landscape. The backyard also has a broad covered living area with a built-in grill and motorized screens. A guest suite with its own bath and walk-in closet is on the main level, and the primary suite has a sitting area, a stone-surround shower with a tub and two covered porches. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with their own baths share a central landing that works as a flex space. The home also has an above-ground safe room.

The home went under contract 13 days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price. Sherry Stetson of Stetson Bentley Realty LLC was on both sides of the sale, as the listing agent and as the buyer’s agent.
