A house completed in 2025 and set behind an electronic gate was the highest reported home sale in the Oklahoma City metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026, on a list that also reached Arcadia, Jones, Noble and Edmond.

A five-bedroom house at 1108 Cumberland Ct brought $2,150,000 on September 22, 2026, the highest reported price in the Oklahoma City metro area for the week of September 21 through September 27. The house was finished in 2025 and closed at its full asking price.

In all, the five closings accounted for $6.45 million, at prices from $975,000 to $2,150,000. They were spread across Oklahoma City, Arcadia, Jones, Noble and Edmond, and the list runs from newly completed houses in the Somerset Ridge and Chitwood Farms developments to a 1995 house on 13.81 acres that carries three separate residences.

The $2,150,000 the house brought on September 22, 2026 was the highest reported price of the week anywhere in the metro area.
