Top home sale No. 2 in the Oklahoma City metro area β€” 10702 Quo Vadis Dr, Arcadia, Oklahoma, week ending October 11, 2026

In Arcadia, the second-ranked sale is a traditional brick-and-frame home on 3.83 acres in Quo Vadis, a community whose residents share about six miles of trails and a stocked pond, a few minutes from I-35. The home is set among tall trees, and a long drive winds across the property to a circular drive at the entrance.

Built in 2006, the home has 5,179 square feet, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Stone accents, exposed wood beams and a modern fireplace give character to the main living spaces, which look out over the grounds. The kitchen has professional-grade appliances, a large center island and a beverage station. A study with its own fireplace connects to the primary suite, which has another fireplace, a spa-style bathroom and a custom closet. A guest suite with its own bath is downstairs. No. 3 — $1,440,000 · 1601 Randel Rd, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma

Top home sale No. 3 in the Oklahoma City metro area β€” 1601 Randel Rd, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, week ending October 11, 2026

The newest home on the list is one that still needs its interiors. On a corner lot in Nichols Hills, this contemporary brick-and-frame home was started as a high-end custom build and sold as a shell ready for its finishes. Electrical and plumbing work have passed rough inspections, and the HVAC system has passed a partial inspection that allows drywall to go up. The home is insulated with spray foam, Pella windows are in, and hardwood and tile floors have been laid throughout. It is prewired for a smart home, with structured wiring for cameras, audio and video, and alarm systems, and there is an in-ground tornado shelter.

Oklahoma City architect Sam Gresham drew the plans, which go to the buyer along with the materials to finish the closets and trim. The four-bedroom layout is Gresham’s design. The home has 3,207 square feet on two stories, with four bathrooms, a gas-log fireplace and a two-car garage on a lot of 0.33 acres.

It went under contract one day after it was listed and sold at its full asking price of $1,440,000. Shyon Keoppel of Solas Real Estate LLC was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.

Top home sale No. 5 in the Oklahoma City metro area β€” 1011 NW 39th St, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, week ending October 11, 2026

The oldest home in the group dates to 1948, a Colonial in Crown Heights that has since been renovated and expanded, steps from the shops and restaurants of the Western Avenue District and minutes from downtown Oklahoma City. The brick-and-frame home has 3,349 square feet, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, four full and one half, on an 8,960-square-foot lot.

Hardwood floors and extensive millwork run through the living and entertaining rooms.
