The week’s closings were spread across Sarasota, Englewood, Bradenton and Longboat Key β from a Gulf-to-bay compound on Manasota Key to a 30-acre estate along the Manatee River β and two of the week’s sales landed in Sarasota. Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing side in two of the transactions: the leader on N. Lodge Drive and a $5.45 million condominium at L’Ambiance on Longboat Key.
No. 1 — $10,140,000 · 1610 N Lodge Drive, Sarasota, Florida

The metro’s top sale closed on September 3, 2026, at 1610 N. Lodge Drive in Sarasota, where a three-story coastal modern house completed in 2024 brought $10,140,000. The five-bedroom home sits behind an electric gate in Cherokee Lodge, within the oak-canopied Cherokee Park neighborhood, and carries a reported 7,110 square feet.
A glass-box foyer with a custom staircase and a glass elevator opens the interior. The transaction closed August 31, 2026.
