The group spans more than nine decades of building, from a home built in 1934 to one completed this year, the only new construction among the five. In between are a 1963 design, a home from 2002 and another from 2023.
No. 1 — $1,200,000 · 2201 N Palm St, Little Rock, Arkansas

The oldest home in this week’s Top 5 is also the highest-priced. The two-story brick Traditional at 2201 North Palm Street in Country Club Hgts was built in 1934 and sold for $1,200,000. It stands on a level corner lot of 10,454 square feet with extra landscaping and a parking pad. The property last sold for $205,000 in 2014.
