
These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Lexington, Kentucky metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026. Three of the homes are in Lexington, one is in Nicholasville and one is in Paris, and together they sold for $10.195 million.
All five are single-family homes, and their ages span more than two centuries. The settings run from country acreage with barns and pastures to a golf course and in-town Lexington neighborhoods.
No. 1 — $2,995,000 · 1261 Todds Sta, Lexington, Kentucky

The week’s top sale is a 10-acre property in Todds Station, in Lexington, that sold for $2,995,000. The solid masonry home was built in 2003 and has four bedrooms, four full baths and a half bath, and 10,348 square feet of living space, the most of any home in this week’s group. Its land is also the largest of the five. The property last sold for $2.25 million in 2022.
Horses are part of life here. The barn is new and was built for four horses, though it is currently arranged as two oversized stalls, and the property also has stables, sheds and new fencing. A saltwater pool and a patio look out over the garden to the horse pastures beyond.
Inside, the kitchen has been extensively renovated, and the home has new paint and new lighting throughout. A gas-log fireplace warms the great room, and the full basement is partly finished. There is a three-car attached garage. For all the country living, Hamburg shopping and downtown are minutes away.

Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath, and 7,543 square feet, with views of the golf course and the countryside. The property last sold for $925,902 in 2005.
Upstairs, every bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and one opens to a bonus room that can serve as a playroom. The primary suite has two oversized walk-in closets and a bathroom with heated tile floors, a soaking tub and a tiled shower.

The newest home in this week’s Top 5 was built in 2014 in The Enclave in Lexington and sold for $1,790,000. The brick home has four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath, and 4,329 square feet on 0.39 acres. The property last sold for $220,000 in 2013, before the current home was built.
The primary bedroom suite is on the main level, and the three other bedrooms are upstairs, two of them with their own bathrooms. A gas-log fireplace anchors the living room. Out back, a large covered porch opens onto a private backyard. The basement has plumbing already stubbed in for another bathroom. Kroger Field and the University of Kentucky are easy to reach from the community, as are shopping and dining.

The oldest home in the group is a two-story Colonial in Paris, in Bourbon County, built in 1782 and set on 8.57 secluded, wooded acres with a barn and views of farmland and woods. It sold for $1,700,000. The home has five bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath, and 5,753 square feet, with hardwood, marble and tile floors. Of its three fireplaces, one is in the living room, one is in the primary bedroom and one is outdoors. The property last sold for $690,000 in 2021. The brick home now has four bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath, and 5,292 square feet on 0.64 acres, a generous lot for an in-town Lexington street. The property last sold for $1.3 million in 2024.
A wraparound porch ties the home to its grounds, and the sitting area of the primary suite opens straight onto it, looking over the backyard.
