Little Rock, Arkansas Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: New Forest Heights Place Home Tops the Week at $2 Million

Completed this year in Forest Heights Place, the five-bedroom house at 5711 Hawthorne Rd sold at its full asking price, with two of its bedrooms on the main level and a reported 4,586 square feet holding a private office, a media room and a game room. It was one of five reported home sales in the Little Rock metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026, a group that came to a combined $5.70 million.

The rest of the week’s list ran west and north of the Heights: a renovated 2005 residence on nearly two acres in the Margeaux neighborhood of Chenal Valley, a 1929 traditional house on a corner lot in Cliffewood, a custom home with Little Maumell River views in west Little Rock, and a modern farmhouse on 20 gated acres in Mayflower. Construction dates on the list run from that 1929 house to the new Hawthorne Road build.
