These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in Lakeland-Winter Haven / Polk County, Florida for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $4.46 million. Each of the five sold in a different city: Auburndale, Polk City, Lakeland, Davenport and Bartow.
The week had a little of everything the county offers, from life on a lake and acreage in the country to a golf community and a gated street of custom homes.
No. 1 — $1,120,000 · 5911 Old Berkley Road, Auburndale, Florida

The top sale of the week was a lakefront home in the Rogers Landing neighborhood of Auburndale, which sold for $1,120,000. Built in 2011 of block and stucco, it has six bedrooms, five baths and 4,185 square feet on 0.59 acres. The property last sold for $105,000 in 2010, before the current home was built.
The home is organized around two ways of living. A lower level is set aside for the younger members of a family, with bedrooms of their own, a hangout area and a game room, and doors that lead out toward the pool and the lake. The main living level is modern and open, with high ceilings, a combined kitchen and family room with stone counters, lake views and a balcony. The home faces east, so it takes in the morning sun and is spared the strongest light of the afternoon.
Outside, the water is the point. The property has a boat house with a covered lift, a private dock and a boat launch, and skiing is allowed on the lake. Closer to the home are a self-cleaning in-ground pool, a patio, front and rear porches and a three-car garage.
Keith St. Onge of LA ROSA REALTY PRESTIGE was the listing agent, and Sana Butt, LLC of THE FIRM RE represented the buyer in the highest-priced sale of the week.

No. 2 — $930,000 · 17620 Poyner Road N, Polk City, Florida

The land is the story at 17620 Poyner Road N in Polk City, which sold for $930,000. Its 34.23 acres of farm and pasture make up the largest lot among the five sales, while the home itself is the smallest of the group, a two-story block home built in 2000 with three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet. Inside are vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, hardwood floors and a fireplace in the family room. The listing says the sellers built the home themselves.
The acreage is set up for work as well as quiet. A pole barn, a workshop and several sheds give room for equipment and projects, and a carport covers the vehicles. For warm afternoons there is an above-ground pool with a deck.
Sommer Moore of ALLSTATE REALTY SERVICES was on both sides of the sale, as the listing agent and as the agent who represented the buyer.

No. 3 — $875,203 · 2120 Southern Oaks Ln, Lakeland, Florida

Southern Oaks of Lakeland is a small gated community of ten homes, and the contemporary home there that sold for $875,203 is both the newest and the largest of the week’s five. Built in 2018, it has five bedrooms, five baths and 4,195 square feet on a 0.52-acre lot on a cul-de-sac. The property last sold for $80,000 in 2016, before the current home was built.
Much of the living here happens outdoors, on a large screened lanai. It takes in an outdoor kitchen, where the grill is built in and runs on propane, as well as the home’s heated saltwater pool and spa. Inside, the kitchen has a propane cooktop and an electric wall oven, plus a breakfast bar and a pantry. The plan adds a flex room and a guest suite, with the bedrooms split apart, and the primary bath has a tub and a separate shower. A whole-home generator and a three-car garage with room left over for storage cover the practical side.
Albert Perez of Keller Williams-Elite Partners was the listing agent.

No. 4 — $790,000 · 2562 Heritage Green Avenue, Davenport, Florida

In Davenport, a courtyard pool home in the gated Providence Golf & Country Club sold for $790,000. The home overlooks the golf course, and its layout is built around a private courtyard enclosed by the main residence and a detached casita. A heated saltwater pool with fiber-optic lighting and an in-ground spa are a few steps from the casita, which can serve as guest quarters, an office or a fitness room.
Built in 2017, the two-story home has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,910 square feet on 0.27 acres, the smallest lot of the five. A two-story foyer and living room open the interior up from the front door. The first floor also has a formal dining room, a separate family room with a stone electric fireplace, a dinette and a kitchen with granite counters. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a full bath share the floor with a loft that looks down over the living room. The solar panels on the roof are owned outright.
Residents of the club have a golf course, a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, community pools and courts for tennis and pickleball.

The oldest home of the week, built in 1983, is a Mid-Century Modern style home in Waterwood II, a tree-lined neighborhood in Bartow near the Highland City line. It sold for $745,000. The property last sold for $635,000 in 2022.
The single-story home has four bedrooms, four baths, a dedicated office and 3,757 square feet on a level 0.43-acre lot, with a circular driveway and a side-facing two-car garage. Real wood beams run through the living and dining areas, which also have a brick wood-burning fireplace and a built-in bar. The kitchen has granite counters and soft-close custom cabinets, and the primary suite has a walk-in glass shower and a freestanding soaking tub.
The backyard has been rebuilt around a new heated saltwater pool and spa, finished in white marbled tile and set inside a custom screened enclosure. The patio is already plumbed for an outdoor kitchen. Beyond the neighborhood, the Fort Fraser Trail, the Panther Point Trail and a public boat ramp onto Lake Hancock are all nearby.
