The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Lakeland metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, came to a combined $5.72 million. All five are single-family homes in Polk County: one in Auburndale, two in Lakeland and two in Winter Haven.
The group spans four decades of building. The oldest dates to 1985 and the newest was completed in 2026, the only new construction among the five. Three are two-story homes and two are on a single level, and prices ran from $875,000 to $1,380,000.
