The waterfront house at 125 Waterfern Ct in Six Mile changed hands September 25, 2026 for $5,650,000, the highest reported price in the metro area for the week. The 2023 residence, in the Cliffs At Keowee Springs community, holds four bedrooms along with four full and two half baths across a reported 4,880 square feet, and the sale included the furnishings. The property previously changed hands for $5,500,000 in 2024.
