On 3.14 fenced acres along the Greenville–Simpsonville border in Piedmont, the home at 85 Ferguson Road sold for $2,125,000, the top price of the week. The property has no homeowners association. It last sold for $42,500 in 2020, before the current home was built.

Completed in 2024, the home was built with insulated concrete forms rather than a wood frame: its walls are reinforced concrete set between layers of rigid foam insulation, rated at R-24. With 5,397 square feet, it is the largest of the five homes, and its six bedrooms are the most of the group. Five of the bedrooms are on the main level and one is upstairs, and there are six full bathrooms and a half bath across two stories.

High ceilings, eight-foot doors and custom trim give the main living areas their scale, and a large wood-burning fireplace is the centerpiece there. Sky tubes bring in daylight. The kitchen has a scullery with a built-in commercial kitchen. A game room, a bonus room now used as a home gym and a cellar room for storage add to the space.

Outside, a waterslide runs into a saltwater pool with a jetted spillover spa. There is a full outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven, an outdoor bathroom and a large deck for dining. A playground, garden space and a garden shed are on the grounds, along with a sports pad for basketball and pickleball. Besides the four-car attached garage, the property has a detached 1,750-square-foot metal shop with its own 200-amp electrical service, plus a full RV hookup.

Lindsay Thatcher of Wilson Associates was the listing agent, and the home went under contract four days after it was listed. Lindsie Sink of BHHS C Dan Joyner – Augusta Rd represented the buyer in the highest-priced sale of the week.
