These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Emerald Coast, Florida for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $36.825 million. Every one of them is in Walton County, and every home was built in 2018 or later. Three are in Inlet Beach, one is in Rosemary Beach and one is in Pt Washington, and two of the five sit within the Alys Beach community.
The list runs from a Gulf-view home finished this year to a bayfront estate with its own sandy beach, with a seven-bedroom contemporary in Watersound Camp Creek and an architect-designed villa in Kaiya Beach Resort in between. The last two sales on the list closed at the same price, $6 million each.
No. 1 — $11,900,000 · 71 Elbow Beach Rd, Inlet Beach, Florida

The week’s top sale was also its newest home. Completed in 2026, the three-story residence at 71 Elbow Beach Road sits on a corner homesite in Alys Beach and sold furnished for $11.9 million. The design is by Chancey Design Group, and the exterior is concrete and stucco, in keeping with the community. Inside, the palette stays soft and tonal: whites, warm neutrals and sand-colored finishes drawn from the coast around it.
The home has five bedrooms, two of them primary suites, along with a custom bunk room that has its own morning bar. There are seven bathrooms, five full baths and two powder rooms, plus a private study, and an elevator serves every floor across its 5,619 square feet. The main living area is open, with a professional-grade kitchen backed by two pantries, a butler’s pantry and a separate owner’s pantry, and a wet bar in the living space beyond it.
French doors lead out to a private courtyard with a heated pool, a spa, a fountain, a covered loggia and a summer kitchen. Views of the Gulf of Mexico begin on the second floor. The third level is given over to a game room with a second wet bar, and it opens onto two rooftop terraces, one facing north and one facing south. The Alys Beach Club & Restaurant is about 350 yards away, and the Town Center is moments from the door. The property last sold for $2.75 million in 2023, before the current home was built.
