The five highest-priced home sales reported in Okaloosa and Walton counties for the week ending October 11, 2026, came to a combined $14.45 million. Inlet Beach had two of them, a home in the gated Watersound Beach community that led the list and a condominium in Rosemary Beach, while the others were in Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach and Destin. Four were single-family homes, and the group ran from a condominium built in 2004 to a newly built home in Gulf Shore Manor.
