Set along the water minutes from Shorehaven Golf Club, the house at 10 Shorehaven Road in Norwalk carries a private dock, a pool and a spa on landscaped grounds, and it previously changed hands for $6,200,000 in 2004. Its September 21, 2026 closing led five reported home sales that combined for $32.04 million across the Bridgeport, Connecticut metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026.

Beyond Norwalk, the week’s real estate record reaches into New Canaan, Darien and Riverside, with Darien represented more than once and one of its houses inside the Tokeneke Association. The five homes were built between 1951 and 2006.
