The six-bedroom home at 6675 Clark State Road pairs a renovated 2013 main residence with a recently built attached dwelling unit, and its sale led five Columbus metro area home sales that combined for $7.81 million. The five sales span Blacklick, the Northam Park area, The Ridge at Erinwood, Willow Bend and Powell.

This week’s Columbus real estate list reaches from a 1949 house one block from Northam Park to a Granville residence completed in 2026, and from a Westerville home backing to a nature preserve to a five-acre Powell property beside O’Shaughnessy Reservoir Park. Prices ran from $1.97 million to $1.31 million, and the Westerville home closed above its final asking price.
