No. 1 — $4,995,000 · 3571 Clubland Dr, Marietta, Georgia

The week’s top sale is a newly built Contemporary home on Clubland Drive in the Indian Hills neighborhood of Marietta, which sold for $4,995,000. Rybo Capital built the home, and Carl Mattison Design did the interiors. It sits along the golf course, and from the walk-out backyard a private heated pool and spa overlooks the course.
Completed in 2026, it is the newest home in this Top 5 and also the largest, with 11,280 square feet of living space on a 0.44-acre lot. It has eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, nine full and three half, along with a three-car garage and five fireplaces, one of them in the primary bedroom.
White oak sets the character inside, in wide-plank floors and in the custom kitchen cabinetry, alongside paneled ceilings and natural stone. A floating staircase with glass railings is the centerpiece of the interior, and the home also has an elevator. The kitchen keeps its appliances concealed behind cabinetry and has a custom plaster hood, plus a separate scullery and pantry finished in a contrasting cabinet color. The living and dining areas next to it open toward the pool and the golf course.
The primary suite has a wood-paneled ceiling, and its bathroom includes a wet room where a freestanding soaking tub sits between two steam showers. The finished walk-out lower level is given over to recreation, with a theater, a custom bar, game and gathering areas and a fitness studio. It also has a bathing area with cold plunges, a sauna and a steam room. A separate upper level adds a second bar, a golf simulator and its own bedroom and bathroom. Outside, there is a covered patio, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor fireplace.
